How billing works
Limemo subscriptions are sold through the App Store, so Apple takes the payment, sends the receipt and manages renewals. Limemo never sees your card details.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Apple charges the next period at the renewal moment, which is why the cancel deadline is 24 hours before that date rather than on it. You can cancel at any time in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, and you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Trials and price changes
Limemo offers a free trial that converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
If a price ever changes, Apple notifies you before the new price is charged and, where its rules require it, asks you to confirm the new price before renewing. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Limemo and cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date, because Apple charges the next period at the renewal moment. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period you are in.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store subscriptions go through Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID that made the purchase, and Apple will tell you the outcome. If you live in the EEA or the UK, the Limemo Subscription Terms also describe your right of withdrawal.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The subscription starts automatically at the price shown in the block above, unless you cancel before the trial ends. The cancel path is the same one you would use later: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Can I switch between the weekly and yearly plan?
Yes. Change the plan from the Subscriptions screen in your Apple ID settings. Apple applies the change at the next renewal and handles any proration according to its own rules.
What happens to my notes if I cancel?
Your existing notes stay in your account and stay readable. You can delete your notes, or all of your data, from Settings in the app at any time.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices on this page are shown in USD. The App Store charges you in your local currency at the tier Apple sets for your storefront, so the amount on your receipt may differ from the figure here.
