Delete your Limemo account and data

Limemo is developed by Orvanta Digital Limited. You can delete your Limemo account and the data associated with it at any time, using either of the options below.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Open the Limemo app and sign in with your Google account.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately after you confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, send an email to support@orvanta.limited with the subject "Delete my Limemo account".

Please send the request from the email address linked to the Google account you use with Limemo. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm that you own the account. We will process your request and confirm the deletion within the period required by applicable law.

What is deleted

Your Limemo account and the Google sign-in identifiers linked to it
Your recordings, audio extracted from video files, transcripts, notes and summaries
Your app settings and preferences

What may be retained

Subscription and transaction records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback or dispute handling, kept for as long as legally required
Support communications needed to document and resolve requests
Analytics, diagnostic and attribution data, kept according to the retention schedules of the relevant systems and providers
Backup copies, which may hold data temporarily until they are overwritten as part of ordinary operations

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in the Google Play Store app: Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Limemo → Cancel subscription.
